Listening to our customers requirements

Raybloc have listened to their customers and over years of positive feedback have evolved the traditional bulky style radiation screen into a modern, slim, hygiene friendly style design. A proud design of Raybloc’s unique screen feature is its rounded U shaped screen edging which replaces the wide box section on most screens.

This offers a smooth to the touch rounded end which is more impact resistant, easliy cleanable, less of a dirt trap, structurally stronger and pleasing to the eye. The design is the result from years of radiologist feedback giving Raybloc the confidence to offer the best product on the market best suited to the medical professionals job and built to last.

Bespoke workmanship…

At Raybloc our x-ray screens are manufactured from a succession of lead-lined solid panels with plastic laminate on both sides. All our screens are purpose built for each customer’s needs with a perfect combination of panels and glass to suit each individual’s personal requirements.
Despite our ongoing expertise as an industry leader, your lead thickness will have to be determined by a representative of the Radiation Protection Advisor (RPA) as in accordance with current British health standards. We can however advise you on various matters when installing a radiation protection screen with an accurate drawing of where your screen will be situated and what application it will be required for.

We manufacture a comprehensive collection of x-ray screens including fixed windows, protection booths, workstations, both mobile and fixed screens. All of our screens are hand built in our factory by our expert craftsman. Our staff are committed to maintaining and improving the standards of x-ray screens and all other radiation protection products.
